Special date delivery

At the checkout you are asked about special date delivery. If it is for a birthday or Christmas please answer it with a ‘yes’ and give us the date you want it to arrive in the note section below the question.

Please order your toy for Christmas as soon as possible as our order book is usually full by mid November.

What does ‘in stock’ means?

On our website most of our toys are made to order and they show ‘in stock’. That means it is available to order with  manufacturing time explained in the description of the item. Because we are a small family business this is our way of controlling sales.

On Creatimber balance boards, ‘in stock’ means we have them in our workshop ready to go.

Returns

Returns are accepted on the conditions below:
Please contact us as soon as possible about any problems you have with our product but no later than 7 days from delivery.
If the item has arrived damaged we will automatically replace it.
If the item arrived undamaged but you changed your mind then you are responsible for return shipping costs.
You need to send it back via a tracked service.
Please put it back into its original packaging in unused condition. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by damaging the product.

We can’t accept returns for custom orders.

Payment Plan

The “paymentplan” coupon allows you to pay in installments during a 4 months period. The minimum amount is £50 to use this plan.

The code will calculate a 20% non-refundable deposit which has to be paid when you first make the order online. It also secures your item(s) for 4 months. You will receive an invoice from us through PayPal for the rest of the amount. This will allow you to pay in installments during a 4 months period in your own time. If the full amount is not paid within 4 months or you asked us to cancel your order you will get a refund apart from the 20% deposit paid at the time of the order. We only dispatch your item(s) once you have paid your invoice in full.

Keep in mind that we need 4 weeks to make your rocker from the date your payment plan has started.

We will dispatch your items within two weeks upon receiving full payment.

As most of our toys are made to order, please allow the following times after your order:

Bug :  approx. 2 weeks
Stacker and play bases:  2 days
BalanSlide: 2 weeks

If you want your order to arrive on a specific date, please leave a note for us on the checkout page and/or contact us and we will do our best to accommodate that date.

Delivery is from Monday to Friday
Local pick up might be available on weekends, please contact us before you turn up

Prize competiton

You must be over 18 and you must answer the questions correctly to be in it.
You will be charged even if your answers are wrong.
The winner will be chosen by a random generator on a computer and will be announced via our Facebook and Instagram page. Only your name will be visible.
We might call you or send you an email to finalize your choices of the colour of the rocker and the Trofast insert.
You will be given one order number but all tickets will be given a unique consequential number.
This competition is for UK customers only.
Shipping is free.

Redirecting a delivery

You can’t be always ready for a package to arrive and we understand that.

With DPD you can rearrange your delivery with the information they send you in an email at the time it has been booked in for collection.

You can even change the address and redirect it to a neighbor or to a DPD shop. Bear in mind that these shops sometimes won’t take in our Bug rocker as it is too big for them to store so they will just send it back to DPD depot.

The best option if you won’t be able to receive your package on the date stated in the email just rearrange it to a suitable date.
